Well, assuming she killed the other one, just for funsies:
She is not a regular human being.
She is inhumanly fast/strong, to be able to maul men like that without any wounds to herself.
This last one might be a little different, since the cops were meant to be on their way as the victim was being et, but since it’s fiction, it’s possible.
