Well, it’s July 2nd, and as promised, I have completed version of the Ozarks scene up and ready for viewing.
Overall, I’m really happy with how the new system worked. Given, I had already written and thumbnailed the scene, but producing the artwork ended up being much, much easier to do when I could tackle it all together. To tell you the truth, I enjoyed doing it a whole lot more. I’m looking forward to sitting down and thumbnailing the next scene as a whole, now.
Anyway, enough dilly-dallying. Go see it!

Glad the new system is working, and making you happier in the process – keep up the great work! :-]
Easier to do + more fun for you + a bunch of pages I can read all at once = Epic WIN for all!!
Btw… great scenes! I grew up not far from the Smoky mountains in Tennessee, and so much of that art reminds me of home. In my mind, it’s all in color, too.
Great stuff. I’m curious, though. What did you use for reference for these scenes, if anything?
I took some photos while in a state park while visiting home in St. Louis back in 2010. The rest was from Google image search.
Hey, Dirk, I wonder if there are any college experiments that you could take that might help you on your wrist problem. Could be useful if you wanted to get into sports!
Just a quick note that you have to go forward twice to break into this batch of updates from the home page. When you go forward the first time the forward. And reverse buttons change to the standard set for a middle page rather than a start page options on the home page.
On the park, I get more of an ‘Ozarks’ feel instead of the GSM.
