I think I can spot the conclusion somewhere on the horizon, and if that's the case, when are we gonna be able to order it in book-form?

And if so, can you order a combo of all 3 parts like part 1 and 2? There's alot of water between USA and here, it might be expensive to order them seperately.

Yes, I'll post pre-order information once I've completed the book, before it gets sent to the printer.  If the current plans hold, this should be before it finishes running online.

Man, things are getting way interesting now and suddenly the end of the volume seems farther away. Can you give us a rough estimation of when though?

I'd be happy to gang them together for you.  They'll definitely fit in the same envelope.  I haven't priced out a full package deal, but that's a very good point.  Perhaps I should.  Let me think on this, and I will get back to you.
