I'm going to try and get a table at ACEN this year and I'm going to try to talk fellow hometown webcomickers Gina Biggs (Red String) and Jennie Breeden (The Devil's Panties) into going as well.

Since anime cons tend to be a mad scramble for tables, do you have any tips or tricks for getting into ACEN? Especially since it's like Otakon and you have to register before you know if you're getting a table or not.

Thanks dude!

Also, there's a anime con in Atlanta called Momocon in March. Admission is free and I think attendance broke 7000 last year. The dealers room was complete madness from open to close. It's an excellent con and will probably be bigger this year. If you're interested, let me know, I'm sure there's still space. You and your posse can camp at Casa de Carter if you want.

Lucky for you, I'm on staff at ACEN.  Email the organizer of Artist's Alley, Phillip Schmidt (skimaniac30@ (at) gmail.com).  They maintain a mailing list for artists interested in getting tables at the alley, and adjust the number of tables to match demand.  They'll also give you a head's up when registration opens.

I'd love to see you guys there!

Thanks for the head's up on Momocon.  I'm definitely interested.  I've never done a show down there, and I could stay with my brother- and sister-in-law, too.  Woo!

Awesome and awesome-er!

I may be on that mailing list already, but I'll email and make sure.

I'm waiting to hear back from the MomoCon folks.
